What packages does QR Hound offer?: We offer 3 subscription packages:
Free: Create up to 5 QR codes that expire in 30 days.
Personal: Create up to 5 QR codes with no expiration.
Agency: Create up to 500 QR codes with no expiration.
What happens if I exceed my QR code limit?: If you exceed your QR code limit, an overage charge will apply. This charge is prorated based on your usage.
Are there any long-term contracts?: No, there are no minimum contracts. You can subscribe on a monthly, semi-annual, or annual basis.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?: Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my subscription plan?: You can easily upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan from your account settings. Changes will take effect immediately, and any applicable charges or refunds will be prorated. If you downgrade and you exceed the number of QR codes allowed for the new plan, you will be charged an overage fee.
What payment methods do you accept?: We accept major credit and debit cards. You can choose to pay monthly, every 6 months, or annually.
How does the prorated overage charge work?: If you exceed your QR code limit, you'll be charged a prorated fee based on the number of additional QR codes you create. This ensures you only pay for what you use.
Is my data secure with QR Hound?: Yes, we prioritise your data security. We use industry-leading security protocols to protect your information.
Can I track the performance of my QR codes?: Not at the moment, but this is a feature we are working currently working on.
What types of QR codes can I create with QR Hound?: You can create a QR code that redirects to a website, or displays a list of links.
Do QR codes created with the free plan really expire after 30 days?: Yes, QR codes created with the free plan will expire after 30 days. To keep your QR codes active without expiration, consider upgrading to the Personal or Agency plan. The free plan is useful to trial QR Hound, or for short-lived QR codes.
